Our website is managed by Organizing Committee of ACCAS 2020 (hereafter referred as ‘ACCAS 2020’), located in Japan, under supervision of ASCAS board.

By submitting registration and/or paper submission forms, you agree and permit that ACCAS 2020 may store and process your personal data, as provided in the forms, in accordance with Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information, for the purposes of payment procedure of and conference operations including announcement of future and related conferences and statistical analysis.

We will not share your data with third parties other than indicated below:

  • ACE Enterprise, Tokyo, Japan; as conference and card transaction agency,
  • your card company; for card transaction,
  • Editors of special issue of Journal of Medical Robotics Research (JMRR); for JMRR paper invitation and communication (name and email only).

In case of force majeure situation, the conference may be forced to cancel or change the schedule. In case of cancellation of the conference, ACCAS 2020 reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future activities, or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the conference.
